  This 1-page (24 KB) case study regarding the efforts of West Basin Municipal Water District (Carson, California) to develop "Designer" recycled water illustrates that we can use any water to "manufacture" a variety of products, ranging from irrigation water to ultra-pure boiler feed water, including water for replenishing potable supplies .   Prepared December 2008.
